Just to step away from 40k for a little bit, I finished a 2nd squad of WW2 jungle Australians just the other day. These boys should be able to fight anything from the Kokoda Campaign, through Milne Bay, up to Borneo (I have a Matilda Tank for a support weapon). Also notice the rear of these lads (bottom pic) with ID of who the Bren gunner is since he's a bit hard to spot. Next up for this platoon with be the support weapons, mortars, Vickers MG, and commanders (as well as a sniper, and medic). Something I would also like to do is a Native Battalion squad made up of native New Guinea troopers. They sell them at BrigadeGames.com, and the look awesome wielding Australian made Owen guns. Good times.

Here is the latest VBR pitting my Space Wolves against Matt Varnishes Tyranids in a 1500 pts Kill point, with Table quarter deployment. It was a great game that came down to a single kill point. I have to start paying more attention to the mission and the time left.

For those of you that are interested Imperial spies were able to secure a copy of the Eldar webway in the Locara sector. By doing this the Eldar (both normal and dark have now become their own faction. No news on how this will work, but it is going to be interesting to see the changes within the Sector.
